About the Process

Say these affirmations to yourself no less than three times after listening to the recording at least once. You may listen to this silent recording as often as you wish. Each affirmation is stated 70 times per recording cycle.

Subliminal and Supraliminal recordings are recorded outside the threshold of human hearing so that the messages are accepted by your subconscious mind. For best results, affirmations should be attended to on a conscious level around the same time as the suggestions are entered into the subconscious mind.
